Unfortunately with how stressful dental school can be at times, a lot of the students fail to prioritize their physical and mental health. Because of this, ASDA has set September as their Wellness Month to encourage dental students across the nation to learn healthy ways to prioritize their well-being outside of the classrooms and clinics.

We know that physical health is extremely important for the mental health of our members. With this in mind, Oklahoma ASDA would like to use the month of September as a chance to plan a wellness activity, such as a group fitness class or sports tournament along with some healthy foods, such as smoothie bowls to encourage students to prioritize their physical and mental health.
