Each year brings new dental students, hygiene students, and faculty to the OU College of Dentistry. Oklahoma ASDA is the premier resource that brings together a large variety of loupes vendors to equip our members for pre-clinical and clinical success.

Vendor booths are set up in one of the student clinics, which allows for a more applicable gauge for sight in the clinic. This is the perfect opportunity for loupes brands to showcase their company, as many students purchase their first pair of loupes at this event.

Although it is not included in this sponsorship package, we frequently schedule Lunch and Learns with the Loupes companies that attend the Loupes Fair to give them a chance to talk about their company and answer some preliminary questions. We also include full day of company promotion with all event attendees, lunch for up to 3 company representatives, and company production via print and electronic media leading up to the event. Table and registration are operated on a first come/first serve basis.
