Oklahoma ASDA is hosting the first-ever dental school craft fair on Wednesday, November 29, from 5:00 - 7:30 PM. This pop-up market is designed to give OUCOD’s students the opportunity to experience entrepreneurism by developing an idea for a product or one-time service, procuring materials, designing a booth display, and marketing/selling a product.

There is no cost for students to sell at this event. Registration and table assignment shall be made on a first-come, first-serve basis, so act fast. 

The event will be fashioned similarly to our bi-annual ASDA Vendor Fairs, with free food, beer/wine, and a "BINGO" card for each attendee to have stamped at each booth and redeem for a raffle ticket. Raffle prizes include:

  • Apple watch
  • Apple TV
  • Force1 drone
  • Beats Solo3 wireless headphones
  • Instax camera
  • Kate Spade handbag
  • Amazon Fire tablet
  • YETI cooler hopper

...and more! The event is open to the public, so bring your friends and family to shop for handmade gifts for the holidays. The first 100 attendees will also receive a complimentary canvas shopping tote with the EnaMALL logo.

For Student Vendors

What can I sell?

Apparel, jewelry, sculptures, decor items, wooden crafts, dolls, beauty products, essential oils, jams/marmelades, baked goods, finger foods, or anything else you dream of!

What is provided with registration?

Tables will be provided. Please let us know if more than 1 table is needed. An 8.5 x 11 acrylic sign holder will also be provided to display your business logo and/or prices.

Please e-mail any logos or designs you'd like to be featured in our promotional material (print, social media, etc.) to info@oklahomaasda.org.

What should I bring to the event?

Please see the EnaMALL Student Vendor Checklist.

If you selected yes on the application form for an acrylic sign holder, please create and print an 8.5 x 11 sign and bring this on the day of the event.

If you have any marketing/branding materials (business cards, flyers, etc.), please bring these on the day of the event as well.
